While exploring the differences in seasons I was able to take another comparison between winter and summer in Helsinki. This time the view is from the top of Kallio Church, one of my favorite buildings in the city. From the top of the tower, on a clear day, you can see all the way down to the sea with Helsinki Cathedral standing over all the other buildings.
Do you know if the bell town is always open to public? I live in Helsinki but I’ve never even thought of going there. After seeeing your pics I’m starting to think I should!

No, it’s not open to the public. The church does have these open times a few times a year where they take people to the top.

Oh I really want to go there, I also didn’t realize it could be possible. Will have to keep a lookout on when it’s possible. Great photos 🙂

I believe you can see it on the church website when they have these opening days. Hopefully I have the chance to share more photos from my experience there.

Admire what you are able to capture, for seasonal comparison photos you post on your blog.
